"Love, Love, Love!"

It s all about love love love love!  Growing up in a broken home, my journey with my Dad has been one of restoring love in every aspect of my life, however I am still learning more and more about this awesome most amazing God that I serve and am inlove with.  The more I know Him the more I love Him, the more Holy Spirit reveals a dimension of His personality to me the more and deeper I fall inlove with this awesome Lover of mine. God is all about LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Ps 1:1-3 "Blessed is the man, who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the paths of sinners, nor sits in the seats of the scornful. 2. But his delight is in the law of the Lord. And in His laws he meditates day and night.3. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruits in it's season, Who's leaves also shall not whither, and whatever he does shall prosper."

The question came to me..."Who is the ungodly?" ...is it only those in the world, sinnners?...clearly I heard Holy Spirit said "No, it is not. It is those who have not adopted/changed to live according to what God desires.  It can be people who is sitting in church...ministers,pastors,sunday school teachers, elders.  These people are not allowing Holy Spirit to be in control, which means they still have a worldly mentality. They have not adopted a God mentality.
The word clearly says that the man who does not follow the ungodly, do what sinners do, sits with the scornful - he is a happy man.  This verse brings me then to what does this man do then. The word clearly speaks of this kind of man/woman delights in the law of the Lord and he meditates day and night in God's laws.  No when we think of the law we think of the old testmant and everything the people in the old testamant had to do to be save or pleasing/acceptable to God.  However, Jesus came to fulfill the law, never to take it away.

Rom 13:8-10 "Owe nothing to anyone except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law. 9 For this, "YOU SHALL NOT COMMIT ADULTERY, YOU SHALL NOT MURDER, YOU SHALL NOT STEAL, YOU SHALL NOT COVET," and if there is any other commandment, it is summed up in this saying, "YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF." 10 Love does no wrong to a neighbor; love therefore is the fulfillment of the law."

When you love one another, you have fulfill the law.  In Rom 13:10 it says that love does no wrong to another.  Let me tell you the story....
When God created man He wanted to have an intimate relationship with man.  With Isreal God said that I will be your God and you will be My peole and I will come and live with you.  However, when Moses went to the mountain and God manifest His presence, Israel were scared and said to Moses that he must speak to God on behalf of them.  God made the ten commandments not to place a burden on Israel.  He made the ten commandments firstly because the people did not want to be in close contact, intimate with Him, therefore He used the ten commandments as a wedding proposal.  God wanted to become one with Israel that day already but they were scared and turned God down.  When we in a relationship with our loved one we do not want to hurt the one we love.  Same with God.  God saw the relationship with His people as sacred and He used the ten commandments to protect this relationship and also to protect the people involved from getting hurt.  God would protect the relationship by all means.  If you look at Rom 13:9 adultry, murder, stealing ect hurts a relationship.  And God wanted to protect it.  God made these commandments to establish a relationship.
God longed and longs for us to live with Him habitually, He don't just wanna visit with us anymore, He wants to habitate. Now, if you take Ps1:2 in the context of the new testamant it says "but he delights and desire is in the LOVE of the Lord. And he meditates/think of His LOVE day and night."  This is a sold out lover.  This is what God is looking for.  This man/woman desires and delights in the intimacy they have with God.  This man/woman will habitually be thinking of LOVE,in other words...GOD. The love of their lives.  This man/woman will be planted by the river of living waters and they will bear fruit.  What is this fruit?  FRUIT OF LOVE.   This only comes by being intimate with God.  Remember that through intimacy comes change of heart and character.
God longs to be intimate with us to be one with us.  He is endlessly persuing you and me!!  He loves you and me with an everlasting love.  All He asks of you is that you would love Him to!

My prayer is that as you read this, that Holy Spirit will show you a deeper love of the Father and that you would walk constantly in the revelation of God's love for you and that you would love Him more!May this stir in your spirit!

Blessings
Adele
